Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience on Mechanical Electrical (ME) projects Are you an ambitious individual looking to join a company and support them on their portfolio of projects with key infrastructure clients Salary £ 50 000 - £ 90 000 (Dependant on experience)Location Central London
A fantastic organisation that supports and empowers their staff s development is looking to hire established and junior quantity surveyors at various levels from Intermediate to Project to Senior Quantity Surveyors This role will work across various sectors and will place you within the appropriate team with projects ranging in Value from £ 500k to £ 40m
Within their portfolio rail and major infrastructure projects are their focus including works on Data Centres Healthcare Commercial and Office BuildingsYou will based in their UK office 5 days a week with some flexibility for working from home

- Direct experience working with Railway clients (e g HS2 LU TfL TfW Network Rail) or working with consultancies on infrastructure or commercial projects
- MRICS working towards preferred dependent on level
- At least 3 years commercial experience in large infrastructure projects dependant on level
- Experience managing projects £ 10m
- Familiarity around cost planning procurement change control post-contract management on infrastructure projects
- A positive friendly attitude someone who works well in teams and independently
- NEC3 experience
- Keen to develop professionally and personally and be a part of a cohesive team
