I am currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join my public sector client on a contract until the end of March 2025. You will work 4.5 hours per day working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 1pm. You will be office based in Glasgow city centre.
This role will start immediately, so you must have less than 1 weeks notice or be available immediately. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Warmly welcoming visitors and clients, answering their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department or personManaging the phone system by answering, screening, and forwarding calls, as well as taking messages when necessaryScheduling and managing appointments for staff or clients, often using software or appointment calendarsEnsuring the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organised and presentable at all timesReceive and sort any incoming mail and deliveriesInputting data into databases, maintaining accurate records, and updating contact informationHandling basic filing, organising documents, and maintaining client records To apply for this position, you will require: A professional and personable individualFriendly and welcoming mannerAbility to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detailProven IT literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)Ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships with managers and employees at all levels Apply now or call Alice at the Glasgow office for further information.
