Job Purpose/Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, and driving the product strategy for Analox’s product portfolio.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to

deliver customer-centric, innovative, and profitable products. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the roadmap, gathering insights from customers, and ensuring that products are aligned with both market demands and Analox’s strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities/Key Tasks:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Analox’s business goals.
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer needs, competitive landscape, and business impact.

Customer-Centric Thinking:

  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify key pain points and unmet needs, ensuring products solve real-world
problems.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop customer personas and user journeys.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Product Development & Execution:

  • Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate based on data and customer insights.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and gaps.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Use data insights to drive product improvements and decision-making.

Product Launch & Support:

  • Lead product launches, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned and customers are effectively engaged.
  • Support post-launch activities, including monitoring product performance and gathering user feedback for improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Product management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing).

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in product development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Aha!)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Celoxis).
