ONTO is a growing business that doubled in size last year to 20 staff, WFH Data or Exams Managers providing a Data or Exams service to their client schools. There is definite growth potential, either into specialisation as a product champion or into team leadership or management.

Working remotely with the very occasional school visit, you’ll provide the same expertise in Data duties (MUST have KS4 and/or KS5 secondary experience) while working collaboratively with other team members to increase knowledge, share the highs and lows, and dazzle the school clients with your brilliance!

You must be current in Arbor and/or SIMS to apply

This is a different environment from working in schools and offers genuine training in systems and processes, development of skillsets, pay progression (currently £28-32K), a buddy system of support, welfare provisions, and monthly incentives.

There is also a big focus on a different way of working, with TOIL available up to 14 days, 20 rising to 25 days plus birthdays off, bank holidays and the Christmas period off (potentially up to 51 days off per annum with TOIL after 5 years!!!).

Qualified candidates are likely to be Data Managers, IS Managers, Data Officers and other MIS staff in secondary settings.
