US accounting knowledge is not required.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns
• Process payroll and maintain employee records
• Prepare financial reports and assist in annual returns
• Must be profficient in Xero & Excel (Quickbooks a bonus)
• Assist with budget preparation, cashflow and monitoring

• Proficiency in accounting software like Quick Books, & Xero, essential.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills and Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
