Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

• Owning relationships with key existing accounts
• Responsible for successfully onboarding key gains
• The role nurtures client relationships focusing on understanding their business, challenges and goals and maximising value
• Leading the delivery of hands-on solutions to grow and support the retail business with a 360° approach via visual merchandising, social media, education, and eventing ensuring a best-in-class service is provided
• Excellent customer service skills and that real 'people person" quality
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and link-sell to develop the territory
• Active participation in team and sales meetings and events

Business Development Executive Experienced Needed:

• Proven account management or other relevant experience
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer need
• Understanding of social media and how to utilise for commercial benefit
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive and influence both internal stakeholders and external business partners
• Enthusiastic and hands-on style, with a can-do attitude
