As they expand their services, they are seeking a self-starting Business Development Manager- Data Innovations. This newly created role combines sales and marketing responsibilities, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in launching new services and driving the organisation's growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for new-to-market services.
- Manage a budget for marketing and travel.
- Generate sales leads and new business within the pharmaceutical and wider healthcare sector.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical business intelligence / marketing operations.
- Preferably experience on the agency side with established connections.
- Proactive and confident networking and meeting people.
- Comfortable making calls and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Personable and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required.
