Amazon is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Visual Merchandising Manager with a strong customer focus and analytical skills. Responsible for leading multiple workstreams through innovation and creation of engaging and exciting customer led planograms utilising Blue Yonder software, delivered to critical path timelines.Able to clearly communicate to leadership on status, risks, and process changes, the ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced business environment, operating across multiple teams and levels in the organisation.
Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities
Demonstrating 3 years’ experience in Merchandising and Space Planning or category management roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration, the Program Manager is responsible for:- Leading multiple workstreams to drive continuous improvement through creation and delivery of planograms for Amazon Fresh Stores, including new store launches and resets.
- Development and presentation of data led analysis to support choices made when preparing change.
- Collaborating cross functionally to maintain day to day critical path activities, ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Driving continuous improvement, utilising tracking mechanisms to engage cross functional stakeholder teams on new ways of working and initiatives.
- Insisting on the highest standards to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Working closely with the Macro Space Planning team to review planogram requirements and adjacencies.
About the team
We are a dynamic team that work hard and importantly, have fun as we make history innovating and optimising the UKs first fully checkout free, tech-enabled merchandising offer.- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Bachelor's degree- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
