Agile Delivery Manager (JIRA) London / WFH
Are you a tech savvy Agile Delivery Manager with a strong knowledge of software engineering, QA and Agile methodologies?
You could be progressing your career at a successful and growing FinTech that processed over £250 billion in business money transfers last year.
As an Agile Delivery Manager you'll collaborate closely with software engineering teams / leads to manage the implementation of projects inline with product roadmaps. You'll work across 2-3 Agile teams, ensuring that development projects are properly scoped and estimated and facilitating Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.There's a focus on delivery, ensuring that any impediments are identified and removed, you'll track progress, report on KPIs and promote continuous improvement.
Location / WFH:
You'll join colleagues in the City office three days a week with flexibility to work from home twice a week.
About you:
- You have experience as an Agile Delivery Manager / Lead or Scrum Master
- You have a strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (they use Scrum and Kanban)
- You have JIRA experience
- You have experience of working closely with software engineering teams, ideally you have a software development or QA background
- You have excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- You have experience with a FinTech or financial services environment
