Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £32,000 + Benefits
Contract: Fixed-Term Maternity Cover

Location: Fully remote with monthly meetings in Cambridge and residential summer presence in Cambridge desirable

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in promoting a summer school experience for international students. Working remotely for most of the year, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while contributing to innovative marketing campaigns that showcase the UK and Cambridge as top destinations for students aged 14-18.

Your work will have a real impact engaging with schools, parents, and agents worldwide to spread the word about this unique programme. Plus, you'll have the chance to travel internationally to meet partners and strengthen relationships across the globe.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing and developing marketing campaigns, from social media content to newsletters and blogs.
  • Enhancing the company's online presence and brand identity.
  • Representing the programme in meetings with schools, parents, and agents worldwide.
  • Picking up the phone to engage directly with schools, agencies, and families, strengthening relationships and securing partnerships.
  • Planning and leading marketing trips to build strong international connections.
  • Supporting the wider marketing team with CRM initiatives and outreach strategies.
  • Attending the summer programme to gather content and engage with students.
What We're Looking For
  • Ideally you'll be a marketing graduate with at least two years+ experience in marketing or communications.
  • A passion for education and academia, with a genuine interest in promoting learning experiences.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Confidence in speaking with people, whether on the phone, in meetings, or at events.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
  • Ability to travel internationally to represent the programme when required.
