Acquisition Finance, Legal Counsel, 2+

This corporate bank is looking to appoint an acquisition finance Legal Counsel to its EMEA Execution team in London.

In this role you will join a collegiate team and support the the Origination business on a broad range of work including:

• reviewing and negotiating loan documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements and intercreditor agreements and limited partnership agreements; and
• advising the business on legal, structural, commercial and execution risk issues, with a primary focus on Leveraged Finance but also Infrastructure financings, IPO financings, Fund financings, CLO Warehouse financings, Private Equity Fund LP investments and other bespoke and structured financings.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have circa 2-4 years' PQE and be looking for your first In-House role or have trained at a bank and be looking to move to a commercial role with a leader in the corporate banking industry.
