Duties:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage, mentor, and develop staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of care, including regular audits and reviews.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently.
- Handle safeguarding issues, complaints, and incidents, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting.
- A relevant qualification in health and social care (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the care sector.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
