Role & Responsibilities:
- Hands on Quality Inspector role
- Inspecting machined metal (mostly aluminum) and plastic components for LED lighting, air filtration, and visual displays
- Using hand held tools- Calipers, verniers, gauges etc.
- Visual inspections
- Goods In first article inspections (AS9102), through to finished assembled products
- Internal calibration of measuring equipment and documenting
- Working to AS9100 and IS09001 quality standards
- Marking up drawings
- FAIR reports
- Helping with monitoring training of staff
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Used hand held tools
- Complying to quality standards
- CAD experience is desirable
- IT Literate
