This is a great opportunity to join an independently owned, mixed practice with a supportive and experienced team in situ. The practice has five surgeries, which are well-presented and equipped to a good standard. The practice are able to support candidates younger in their career, including candidates requiring mentorship to obtain their NHS performer number - the team includes two more senior dentists, with experience in mentoring VTE candidates previously.In addition, the team includes a dental therapist and a team of fully qualified nursing staff to support day to day.
The practices serves a loyal mixed patient base, which presents regular opportunities for private dentistry including cosmetic and restorative work - in addition the practice recieves regular patient referrals for SmileWhite aligners which ensures a consistent patient demand for clear aligners, and ancilliary private private work in support of this.
