To provide a comprehensive, reliable, confidential secretarial and admin service to support the Consultant Psychiatrist and clinical team. To ensure the smooth running of the team which includes; Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, Specialist Registrar, Senior House Officer, Occupational Therapist, Senior Nurse, Community Psychiatric Nurse, Social Worker and Pharmacist.

To provide a comprehensive, reliable, confidential secretarial and admin service to support the Consultant Psychiatrist and clinical team. To ensure the smooth running of the team which includes; Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, Specialist Registrar, Senior House Officer, Occupational Therapist, Senior Nurse, Community Psychiatric Nurse, Social Worker and Pharmacist.

Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Consultant Psychiatrist and the Medical Team

Maintain good working relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team, adhering to BSMHFT Everyday Behaviours Guide and Trust Values

Attend and accurately minute the weekly Clinical Team Meeting/CPA

Ability to tactfully deal with crisis calls and calls of a highly sensitive nature.

Accurately minute all meetings and required by the Consultant and the multi-disciplinary team.

Able to prioritise own workload, working independently and on own initiative.

Accurately manage consultants calendar

Liase with Ministry of Justice/MHRT
