Position: Learning Support Assistant (including personal care).

Type: Full-Time.

This primary SEN School in Preston is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualised support for our students. Your role will include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of engaging and tailored learning activities.
  • Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Encouraging independence and building self-confidence.
  • Providing one-to-one or group support as needed.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

You must be:

  • Passionate about working with children with SEN.
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
  • Happy to provide and support with personal care.
