Senior IT Engineer
This is a sole IT role on-site, where you'll handle 2nd and 3rd line issues, oversee business-as-usual operations, and lead IT projects, while a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supports 1st line tickets remotely. Daily Duties:
- Managing on-site infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Handling 2nd and 3rd line escalations, working on more complex technical issues.
- Leading IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and network improvements.
- Collaborating with external MSPs for 1st line ticket resolution and escalations.
- Ensuring cybersecurity best practices and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintaining IT documentation and disaster recovery procedures.
- Supporting hardware and software troubleshooting across production and office environments.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance IT efficiency.

- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 10/11.
- Cloud Services: Microsoft 365, Azure AD.
- Networking: VLANs, Firewalls, Switches (Cisco, Ubiquiti).
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V.
- Security & Backups: Veeam, Endpoint Security Solutions.
- Hardware: Servers, Workstations, Printers, Production IT Equipment.
