Our client is a multi-award-winning engineering design consultancy based in Nottingham. They are known for progressing and investing in their staff to provide their clients technical excellence across their wide range of projects.
They are looking to add ambitious individuals to their already established team of structural engineers, who can use their expertise within structural design and engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Produce structural calculations and design for various projects.
- Ability to undertake hand calculations and read spreadsheets.
- Demonstrate ability to use latest 3D Modelling software in concrete and steelwork. (Tekla, TEDDS, RAM).
- Producing clear and practical design sketches to be passed to structural technicians.
- Effective communication with internal and external design teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications/experience.
