What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 26 Hours Per Week - Shifts between 07:00 - 20:00- Supporting and caring for clients (Person-Centred Care) - this may be several hours with one particular client or less time with several different clients.
- Providing personal care
- Assistance with a variety of appointments and activities
- Encouraging independence
- Teaching life skills
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
- Experienced Carer with 1+ year experience in adult social care.
- Good communication skills
