We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to help us /'share the joy of Italian dining/'. This position is office based within our Support Centre in Old Street, Central London.
Our Role
The Marketing Manager’s role is responsible for creating and delivering compelling national campaigns, promotions, and experiences that drive brand awareness, brand consideration and bookings for our restaurants. The role also ensures a strong brand presence across all marketing channels while aligning with key business objectives, including all menus, POS, social media, paid media, website, email and PR.

Our Person
This person must deeply understand our target customers - what inspires them, what excites them, and what messaging will engage them to become a frequent diner. The Marketing Manager will collaborate across marketing, operations, food development, people, finance and agency partners to ensure alignment on all marketing outputs.
How we work
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with digital, local, CRM, commercial, and operational teams. You will be agile and responsive, and able to pivot strategies based on real-time insights. You will possess a customer-first mindset, ensuring all marketing is tailored to what excites and engages Prezzo’s audience.You/'ll be able to balance creative thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Experience we value- 5+ years in brand marketing, campaign management, or multi-channel marketing.
- Experience working in hospitality, food, retail, or FMCG brands is highly preferred.
- A strong understanding of customer insights, messaging, and media planning.
- Proven ability to execute national campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media.
- Experience managing PR and influencer partnerships to support campaign amplification.
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimise marketing performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with graphic designers and content creators to bring campaigns to life.
