What You'll Do

Technical Support & System Administration:

• Provide 2nd line technical support and user administration for Finance systems (SAP BI & SAP ECC) .
• Possess a strong understanding of financial processes such as A2R (Accounting to Reporting) and O2C (Order to Cash) .
• Act as the main point of escalation for any A2R and O2C process-related queries. Audit & Compliance:
• Lead and conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audits for SAP BI and SAP ECC, ensuring full compliance with both internal and external audit requirements.
• Maintain clear evidence and documentation of audit results to support regulatory and corporate governance standards. Customer Service:
• Provide prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
• Maintain a calm and solution-oriented approach while handling customer concerns, contributing to a positive customer experience. Health & Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to Sky's hybrid working policies , ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed, contributing to a safe and productive workplace. What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise:

• Previous experience with finance systems SAP BI/SAP ECC systems , is essential for the role.
• Experience with ticket management systems , including tools such as SysAid and Service-Now .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach technical challenges creatively.
• Willingness to share knowledge and coach others in system use and troubleshooting. Customer Support Experience:
• A demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service, particularly within finance-related environments. Audit & Compliance Focus:
• Experience with audit practices, especially relating to SAP BI/SAP ECC systems , is essential for maintaining regulatory compliance. Language Skills (Desirable):
• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) would be a plus, though not mandatory. Office 365 Proficiency:
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications is essential, particularly Excel for data manipulation and reporting, and SharePoint for document management. Team overview
