Mechanical Site Supervisor - Margate

FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to strengthen their construction team.
Location: Kent, England.
Mechanical Site Supervisor role:
- As the Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will supervise all mechanical operations on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
- You will report to the M&E Manager and coordinate with the project team to deliver the project within budget and on time.
Mechanical Site Supervisor responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing all mechanical activities on the construction site.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that all relevant documents clear and accurate.
- Review, comment, supervise, and rewrite Method Statements and Work Instructions to ensure compliance and project success.
- Document work progress on record drawings or other suitable records.
- Document and address non-conformances and improvement opportunities.
Mechanical Site Supervisor requirements:
- Experienced energy professional skilled in pipework, welding, and quality assurance, proficient in Isometric, GA, and P&ID drawings.
- Holds an HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or has a strong pipework and welding background.
- Certified in SHE Supervisor Training (SSSTS).
- Holds a valid CSCS card.
- Certified in First Aid.
- Water Hygiene EUSR
