We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor with the desire to work independently without the setup costs of starting a firm, have their own bank of clients and want to increase their current business levels.
This position is working alongside our clients, a directly authorized, whole-of-market mortgage and protection company, with a deep industry expertise and a strong network of lending partners.
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- Tiered Commission Splits up to 85%
- Full System Support
- No Monthly fee for access to systems
- OTE £100,000+
- Flexible Working Environment
- Admin Support
Working Hours:
- Remote basis but the successful individual must have access to an office space in Central London.
Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
- CeMAP Qualified
- CAS
- Seeking specialities in Remortgages, large mortgage loans, commercial mortgages, buy-to-let, equity release, and first-time buyer mortgages.
- Confident over the phone
- Whole of market experience
- Own Client bank
- Self-sufficient – Own lead source or referral-driven business model
