Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading business based in Sheffield who're looking for a Finance Manager for an interim period of 6-9 months.This role requires a dynamic individual with strong financial leadership and technical skills, particularly in cashflow management, consolidation, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of year-end statutory accounts
• Liaise with SLT to ensure information required for statutory submissions is obtained & accurate
• Prepare consolidated management accounts for all entities
• Leading the annual audit, and liaising with the external auditors
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure effective performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and business planning.
• Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and process improvement.

Key Skills:

• Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ ACA) or QBE
• Good working knowledge of Excel and working with large sets of data
• Knowledge of Manufacturing would be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
