Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Supporting Partners and senior lawyers in M&A, PE, and capital investment transactions.
• Engaging with clients across various sectors, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Contributing to the firm's business development and growth by identifying new opportunities.
• Providing legal advice and support to clients on a range of corporate matters.
• Developing your legal expertise through continuous learning and mentorship from experienced professionals.

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be / have:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 1-3 years PQE in corporate law.
• Experience in M&A, private equity, or capital investment work is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Strong academics and ties to Leeds
• Likely to be working for a recognised Corporate team already

• A competitive salary range between £67000 and £74000
