Hourly Rate: £17-£24, depending on experience
40 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our client's dedicated team in providing high-quality care to patients in an acute inpatient mental health setting. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a strong background in mental health nursing and a passion for improving the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Qualifications- RMN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a mental health hospital or acute inpatient care setting
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to patient care
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to promote patients' mental well-being
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards
