Cleaner

• We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our client's organisation and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness in all work areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for everyone.
• Responsibilities:
• Cleaning all work areas, including office and production environments - dusting, sweeping, hoovering, and mopping.
• Maintaining cleanliness of on-site facilities, such as toilets, canteen, restroom, and public areas.
• Regularly refill and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries, such as hand wash, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, including deep cleaning of each area on a weekly basis or as required.
• Responsible for the daily removal of recycling and waste.
• Notify management of any deficiencies or repair needs.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with health and safety policies, ensuring the safety of yourself and others.
• Liaise with colleagues and always maintain a professional approach.
• This position offers part-time hours of 25 hours per week, providing you with flexibility while maintaining a work-life balance.
• This is a temporary role, offering a competitive annual salary of £12.03 per hour.
• Requirements:
• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A DBS check is required for this role.
