Due to the retirement of the current post-holder, we have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Federation School Business Manager. Previous experience of working across a Federation is an essential requirement of this post.

Moorlands Primary School is in a residential area and set in a lovely green space. Park Lane Primary School is situated in Tilehurst village, is on a split site and has recently undergone substantial refurbishment.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be required to work closely with the Executive Head & governors.

Main duties include:

Financial management
HR
Health & Safety

Clerk to Governors

We are looking for someone who:

has experience of working across a federation
has extensive experience in budget building, monitoring and reporting
is competent in using IT systems
has knowledge of safer recruitment requirements & safeguarding
is a good communicator
is able to multi-task
is flexible and able to prioritise

is willing to complete further training if required
