The Commercial Finance Analyst will provide financial support across the business, with a key focus on the Sales and Marketing teams. This role is central to delivering accurate, insightful analysis, supporting reporting requirements, ensuring the integrity of financials, and identifying profit growth opportunities.
What you can expect:
- Work as a key finance partner to the Sales and Marketing teams, helping drive commercial performance through robust analysis and insight.
- Take ownership of promotional investment tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business goals.
- Deliver meaningful profitability and pricing analysis to influence decision-making and highlight opportunities for growth.
- Play a central role in forecasting and budgeting processes, developing a strong understanding of the end-to-end P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impact.
- Ensure financial rigour through clear monthly reconciliations and support in audit and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and levels, using your financial expertise to challenge, support, and drive continuous improvement.
- Gain exposure to strategic projects and initiatives that directly shape the future of the business.

What we are looking for:
- Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Strong commercial finance experience, ideally in an FMCG environment.
- Experience working with multiple retailers across various sales channels (advantageous).
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
