End Point Assessor - Construction Plant Operative - Bristol

The Freelance End Point Assessor role involves assessing candidates in the final stages of their apprenticeship. For the Construction Plant Operative the assessment plan involves: a Multiple Choice Test, Observation with questioning and the Professional Interview in accordance with the End Point Assessment plan.
NOCN will provide full training on our internal quality assurance processes and how to conduct these.
The role requirements are:
Hold/Working towards Assessor Qualification (I.E CAVA/A1)
Operational Experience – Forklift 1 year/ Ride-on Roller 1 year/ Excavator 360 2 years/ dumper or dump truck 1 year
CSCS Card – either competent operator, trainer, tester or instructor level & endorsed with all plant categories (excavator above 10tonne/ rough-terrain forklift or telescopic handler/ forward tipping dumper or dump truck/ ride-on roller)
