We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Communications Manager to join our growing CX, Community & Customer Advocacy team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our customer engagement strategy and help us build thriving communities around our innovative software products.
Responsibilities:
As Customer Communications Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of communication strategies designed to engage and inform our global base of over 16,000 clients and 2 million end-users. You will play a key role in:
- Driving community engagement and awareness of product innovations
- Connecting customers with our industry expertise
- Fostering a community where customer needs are met, their voices are heard, and their success is celebrated
- Developing and executing a comprehensive customer communication plan that leverages our community platform, email marketing tools (Gainsight, Hubspot, Pardot), in-app messaging (Gainsight PX), and other channels (including social media) to engage customers and drive community participation
- Creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including webinars, product roadmaps, customer fireside chats, tutorials, quick start guides, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of your communication efforts.
- Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, using data and insights to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful customer communication strategies, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with technical audiences.
- Experience in creating multi-channel communication strategies and executing content-driven campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with community platforms, email marketing tools, and in-app messaging systems
- A passion for customer engagement and a genuine desire to build thriving communities.
