Senior Social Media Manager – Global Originals Lead, Prime Video EU
This involves planning, creating, iterating and distributing bespoke Editorial Content in various formats through Social Media platforms. We strive to make our feeds as engaging as our customers’ favourite TV shows.
The Prime Video EU Social team are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and performance-oriented Senior Social Media Manager to help grow our business across Europe. The role will focus on Global Originals title social campaign strategies across EU.
You are genuinely passionate about Entertainment — if you spend your weekends recommending to your friends what show or movie they should watch next, that’s a great start. You stay curious, humble, and open-minded. You are comfortable moving between right and left brain thinking, with your day-to-day including both creative and innovative thinking and diving deep in measurement and process improvement.
In this role you will collaborate with US counterparts and EU social managers to plan large scale Social campaigns for our biggest global titles. You will support your team to execute these, and use learnings from each campaign to drive long-term creative and process improvements.You will self-motivate to prioritize for yourself and your team. You will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of driving results.
Key job responsibilities- Own the overall planning and strategy for social campaigns for Global Originals in EU
- Act as the lead conduit between multiple teams; ensuring strong working relationships between US counterparts and the EU Social team
- Manage a small team of Social Campaign Managers responsible for campaign execution
- Strive for best-in-class operations in campaign management by fixing processes and ways of working for the long term
- Develop social campaigns for US Originals in EU, collaborating with local social teams.
- Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines.
- Drive highest-bar measurement and analytics of campaigns through your team
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership- Experience in social media and entertainment
- Experience working across multiple countries and working with stakeholders in the US
