- Support class teachers to enhance student learning and attainment.
- Encourage student independence, self-esteem, and problem-solving abilities.
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
- Working with individual students, groups, or whole classes under the teacher’s guidance.
- Follow the school's marking and assessment policy to track and report on student progress.
- Provide exciting learning experiences that help students reach their potential.
- Be a role model and manage support team members in the classroom.
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
- Experience working with children with Specialist Educational Needs.
