Maintenance Technician

Hours of work: 7am-4pm Monday to Friday

Pertemps Dudley are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician, on behalf of our successful client, based in Cradley Heath. If you have a passion for mechanical engineering and thrive in a hands-on, proactive environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to support production efficiency

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience working within a manufacturing industry setting.
• Basic knowledge of CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• A valid driving license.
