• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the property department.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential areas of non-compliance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Report on compliance activities to management and the board.
• Provide training to staff on compliance-related matters.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure a consistent approach to compliance.
• Stay up to date with changes in law and regulations that affect the property sector.
• Handle any compliance-related queries or issues that arise.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Officer should have:

• A solid understanding of property-related laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to create and deliver training.
• Experience in policy development and implementation.
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
