What You'll Do:- Carry out vehicle maintenance and repairs, using your expertise to keep cars running smoothly
- Diagnose and resolve faults with precision
- Work with both electrical and mechanical systems
- Inspect components for wear and tear, ensuring top quality standards
- Repair and replace parts as needed, keeping vehicles in prime condition
- Assist fellow technicians in the workshop to keep things running efficiently
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- A full UK driving licence
- MOT Licence (ideal, but not required)
- Ability to meet high-quality standards and efficiency targets
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Up to £44,000 salary, based on experience, with a highly achievable bonus scheme
