The Role:

As a Software Upgrade Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and execution of software upgrades across our customer base. This role is crucial in ensuring that upgrades are delivered on time and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Head of Software Upgrades, product teams, and our valued customers to ensure a seamless upgrade process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating upgrade activities, communicating schedules and plans to customers, and providing support throughout the upgrade process.

You will also be instrumental in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling software upgrades, ensuring alignment with product release cycles.
  • Communicate upgrade plans and schedules clearly to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align resources for UAT and training activities.
  • Provide remote support coordination for customers during upgrade events, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the upgrade process, offering regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of upgrade schedules, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Prepare reports on upgrade progress and suggest improvements to enhance the upgrade process.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the upgrade cycle.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in project coordination or a similar support role, preferably within a software or IT environment. An understanding of software development lifecycles and release management will be essential.
Your ability to communicate effectively, organise efficiently, and solve problems creatively will set you apart. You'll be a proactive planner who takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are key traits that will help you thrive in our dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays, is required.

Why System C?

Join us, and you'll be part of a company that's making a real difference in healthcare through innovative technology. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions will be valued, and your professional growth will be encouraged.
