An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Department to join our Redcar and Cleveland Leadership team reporting to our Vice Principal. Redcar and Cleveland College is a renowned institution committed to providing high-quality education and professional training to students in various fields.We pride ourselves on fostering a vibrant learning environment that nurtures students' talents, equips them with relevant skills, and prepares them for successful careers in their chosen disciplines.
As Head of Department, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of dedicated Curriculum Managers and staff within the department of Health, Early Years, English and Maths. Curriculum leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, maintaining high academic standards, and fostering an environment of growth and excellence within the department.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for education. Be skilled in managing staff, highly motivated, and possess excellent organizational skills. at Stockton Riverside College.
