1:1 Maths Tutor

Location: Nottinghamshire, Nottingham

Job Type: Flexible

Job Duties:

  • Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in Mathematics to students
  • Create personalised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Assist students in understanding mathematical concepts and solving problems
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Mathematics or related field
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Mathematics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
  • Strong grasp of mathematical concepts and principles
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner
  • Patience and empathy when working with students
  • Organisational skills to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies
