Job Duties:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in Mathematics to students
- Create personalised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Assist students in understanding mathematical concepts and solving problems
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Qualifications:
- A degree in Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Mathematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
- Strong grasp of mathematical concepts and principles
- Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner
- Patience and empathy when working with students
- Organisational skills to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies
