Employability Tutor - Oldham
The primary function of this role is to deliver an Employability programme to post 16 learners.
The Employability Tutor will be responsible for:
- designing, planning and delivering interactive lessons to learners studying Employability qualifications
- contributing to the course review process, curriculum development and quality assurance in line with the organisations policies and procedures
- ensuring learners documentation is correct completed to ensure eligibility for funding
- attending regular meetings with the quality team
The Employability Tutor will need to hold:
- a Level 3 (or above) qualification in any vocational subject
- previous experience in teaching learners aged between 11-16 or 16-18 on either Traineeship, Employability Skills or Study Programme courses
- ideally a teaching or assessing qualification although candidates without either will still be considered
In return the Employability Tutor will receive:
- An annual salary of up to £27,000
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
