We are looking for someone who will lead and motivate a multi-skilled Customer Services team to deliver the very best customer service experience, optimising the team’s performance to contribute to the company's objective of helping our Customers get their jobs done quickly, affordably, and right first time.
This is a 20hr position for team HozeLock working 2 x 8hrs Sat and Sun and 4hrs admin to be completed during the week.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for the overall management and day to day running of your team within the Contact Centre, motivating and engaging them to provide the ultimate customer and colleague experience. Lining up with all teams within the Contact Centre, you’ll proactively drive sale opportunities, promoting deals and service initiatives.You’ll manage and recognise the performance of your team through regular check-ins, helping to drive their personal development.
Qualifications:
- Customer focused, with a passion for great service and experience
- Great at relationship management, building a strong network with key stakeholders
- A natural leader with good management skills
- Able to effectively engage and influence
- Commercially aware and able to demonstrate an understanding of the overall business
