Colchester - Medical Negligence Solicitor - Essex

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor (4+PQE) for the dispute resolution practice of a leading law firm in Essex.

We are seeking a motivated Associate Solicitor to join a dynamic Medical Negligence team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career by working on complex medical negligence matters within a reputable and growing firm. The team advise clients who have suffered as a result of medical accident, misdiagnosis and/or negligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a complex caseload of client matters with limited supervision.
• Achieving the firm's fee targets and assisting in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Delivering legal services cost-efficiently for both clients and the firm, utilising technology to enhance performance.

About You:

• Proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in complex medical negligence cases.
• Strong commercial awareness and acumen.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant case law, legislation, procedural rules, and professional conduct standards.
