Start in a primarily desk-based role with more field work over time.Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
Take ownership of client cases from start to finish, including planning and executing field visits.
Design customer solutions, develop procedures, and generate documentation.
Is This You?
Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in staying current with technology trends.Keen problem-solver with a broad technical interest (experience in IT is a plus but not required).
Personable, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and a knack for customer service.
Reside within London and possess a driving license (licence and vehicle access preferred but not mandatory).
Ideal but Not Required:
Experience with server and networking hardware, ITIL methodologies, and dynamic routing protocols.Certifications like LAIT/CCNA/CCNP or experience with Linux/Windows administration are a bonus.
