The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Account Manager to join our Commercial team. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for managing relationships with our key enterprise merchant accounts. You will work collaboratively to ensure our partners' success, driving performance, growth, and satisfaction while helping Kriya achieve its commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quarterly Meetings with Key Accounts: Plan and lead quarterly business reviews with our enterprise merchant partners, presenting performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and discussing strategic plans to deepen collaboration.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse and track the performance of merchant accounts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure that targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
- Account Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal process for key accounts, negotiating terms and ensuring continued satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams to manage contract renewals effectively and align with Kriya’s strategic goals.
- Relationship Nurturing and Growth: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key merchant stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify and act on opportunities to expand Kriya’s footprint within merchant organisations.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and ensure a high level of partner engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to deliver a world-class experience.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar role, preferably within financial services, fintech, or B2B payments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive performance improvements.
- Results-driven mindset with experience managing and meeting KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing work and meeting tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and taking the initiative to solve problems.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and familiarity with data analysis platforms.
