Wholesale Account Support Executive (Part Time) c£35k Pro Rata + Excellent Benefits Aldershot VR/10406 This is an exciting, brand new position working for a fast-paced, relatively new but already highly successful organisation with a focus on sustainability wo are certified BCorp, Vegan Society registered and Carbon Neutral Their products are already on the shelves of major retailers with more on the cards, and this is a wonderful time to join as they grow and develop The position is ideally suited to an experienced professional who has worked with major retailers in a support/account handling function who understands the world of retail and stock movements Hours are part time, to be set with the successful candidate, but likely to be around 20-30 hours a week Your role will involve: Working closely with the warehouse, internal teams, suppliers and retailersAssessing stock levels, responding to customer queries, dealing with new retailer orders and checking live orders are on trackLiaising with the warehouse and retail team to make sure stock levels are healthyChasing down late deliveries into retailers/ warehousesBooking in new deliveriesWorking with the team to plan out orders of new stockHandling varied tasks at any given time with conflicting priorities requiring your organisational and problem solving skillsCreating helpful spreadsheets and formulas using Excel You will be the ideal candidate due to your: Solid experience in a similar role, working with major retailersExcellent organisation skills with a focus on detailAbility to effectively prioritise and juggle conflicting prioritiesExcellent problem solving abilitiesStrong numeracy skills with a love of Excel and the ability to build spreadsheets and formulasStrong relationship building skillsAbility to balance working quickly vs methodicallyLove of working in a busy environment with challenges and the opportunity to continually learn new things This is a broad, varied position where no two days are the same and you can really make an impact.
