JOB TITLE: SMART CARETAKER/SECURITY

SALARY: £22,551 - £22,751 PER ANNUM

HOURS: 37 HOURS PER WEEK

This is a dual role position in the college and the successful candidate will be representing the Property Services Department in the front line of the College. As a SMART Security Officer/Caretaker you will be a lead ambassador meeting the students, colleagues, visitors and dignitaries to the college that may require assistance.

As the Caretaker you will work as a team member to keep the high standards of the campus upheld to help make it always feel a comforting, clean and safe environment.

The position is a shift patterned role Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends) shifts start from 06:30 hrs and latest finish 21:30 hrs)

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Additional Learning Support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
