Role overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing international residential development projects, throughout the sales and marketing process.
You'll be involved from the initial stages of pitching, often alongside Savills Global Network, to securing sales mandates and managing projects to the final unit sale.
This position requires an individual who is an expert in Global Residential Development Sales. You'll need to have a comprehensive understanding of client onboarding - specifically legal aspects, contracts, compliance - ultimately ensuring that the best terms are agreed for Savills and our clients.
In addition to managing client relationships, business development is a vital part of this role; this will be achieved through leveraging our existing global database combined with your own extensive industry network / black book.

A little bit more about the team:
The Global Residential Development Sales team comprises six members: a Director; Associate Director; Operations Co-ordinator; Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive.
The team is led by the Head of Global Residential Development Sales and sits within the Global Residential Department at our Global Head Office, 33 Margaret Street, London.
