Residential Conveyancer
My client is a well-established, multi-site law firm with a strong reputation across Warwickshire. Known for delivering exceptional legal services, it takes pride in its long-standing client relationships and high staff retention. The residential conveyancing department is now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its close-knit team as the dedicated head of department.
The Role:
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own small caseload of residential conveyancing matters alongside overseeing the team. You'll be working with experienced paralegals, solicitors and fee earners. You will have the responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation within the department overall and reporting to senior management.
It would be advantageous, but not essential, if you have some experience in commercial property transactions.
You:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Previous experience of supervising staff
- Ability to meet deadlines and hold a busy caseload
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with case management systems
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer
- Some commercial property experience is beneficial but not essential
