Teaching Assistant

Term Time Only + 5 training days

Grade: Emmaus 3 SCP (3-4)The Local Governing Body are seeking to appoint an outstanding and passionate Teaching Assistant, Level 2. We are seeking enthusiastic and creative applicants, who are committed to inclusion and who want to make a positive difference.

• is a committed Catholic or committed to enhancing the Catholic life and mission of the school;
• enjoys helping all children to learn through a range of activities, including those with barriers to their learning;
• has a good level of literacy and numeracy skills;
• is positive and flexible and can work as part of a team;
• has experience or is confident to work with all ages within the primary phase;
• works well under direction, but also shows initiative and can take ownership of tasks.
