1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £85 - £90 per day (depending on experience)

Type: Flexible

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team. We are currently collaborating with several SEN schools in the Buckinghamshire area, and we're seeking passionate individuals to support students aged 3 to 18 years.

Experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide learning and care support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
Collaborate with the teacher to plan and deliver activities
Support students with daily routines, transitions, and behavior management

Desired Qualities:

Sensitivity, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexible and open to change
Strong understanding of students' reactions and needs
